Strategic Decision Advisory
Leading Strategic Advisory Practitioner.
Twenty years in Fortune 500 banking. & A decade of classical training.
Strategic Advisory by Maya Hui.
My connection to classical Chinese analytical traditions began early, rooted in family heritage and deepened over more than a decade of formal apprenticeship under a senior scholar. Before this work, I spent two decades in senior-level Fortune 500 banking. The analytical discipline carries over. The questions are different.
At the heart of every consultation are four classical analytical frameworks: Si Zhu Ba Zi, Qi Men Dun Jia, Da Liu Ren, and Xuan Kong Feng Shui. Each was refined across centuries of recorded use. Each addresses a different kind of question. I read every client’s situation through all four, in combination. When the frameworks agree, the read is structurally strong. When they diverge, the disagreement itself is the most useful part of the analysis. This cross-verification is the structural reason a Maya Hui report covers four systems rather than one.
For more than a decade, I have worked with clients across the English-speaking world on the questions that matter most: career transitions and business strategy, partnership and family decisions, investment timing and property choices, the slower questions about direction and meaning. Each report is built around the specific data of one person and one situation. Generic advice has no place in this work.
When to launch, sell, or restructure. Which years favor growth vs. preservation. I decode your personal wealth cycles from your data so you know when to move and when to wait.
Optimal timing for negotiations, partnerships, and career moves. I use strategic timing frameworks to find the windows that give you an edge.
Compatibility analysis, relationship timing, family dynamics, and personal growth cycles. The patterns shaping your connections run deeper than you think.
Authentic spatial energy analysis for homes, offices, factories, and commercial properties. A structured, evidence-based approach to optimizing your environment.
Most practitioners specialize in one or two. I trained across four, and I use them in combination. Each system answers a different question. When they agree, confidence is high. When they disagree, the difference is the most interesting part of the analysis.
Four Pillars of Destiny
The lifetime blueprint. Built from your birth year, month, day, and hour. Reads patterns of wealth, career, relationships, and health across decades.
Explore Si Zhu Ba Zi →Imperial Strategy
Historically used by generals and prime ministers. For timing decisions, identifying favorable directions, and reading the structure of a single moment.
Read the methodology →Time-Sensitive Precision
Ranked first among the three classical systems for reading a single event. Almost no one offers it in English, which is exactly why it sets this work apart.
Why so few offer it →The Space You Live and Work In
The space you inhabit shapes the fortune that flows through your daily life, compounding your structural advantages and dampening what works against you.
See how it applies →“I went in skeptical. Thirty years in finance does that to you. But the level of specificity in the report — things he couldn’t have known — that got my attention. The timing advice on my property purchase alone saved me from a decision I would have regretted.”
— R.M., Investment Director, London
“What sets Maya Hui apart is the structured, analytical approach. No vague platitudes. Every recommendation comes with clear reasoning and specific timing windows. It reads like a strategy document, not a fortune cookie.”
— K.L., Tech Founder, Singapore
“I was going through a rough stretch. Career stalled, relationship falling apart. His report didn’t just tell me what was happening — it showed me when the window would open and exactly what to do when it did. Six months later, everything shifted.”
— J.W., Senior VP, New York
Every analysis begins with your birth data. No two reports are alike — because no two people are.
